Connect for Health Colorado® is Colorado’s official health insurance marketplace, and the only place to apply for financial help to reduce your monthly health insurance costs.

The financial help you can get through Connect for Health Colorado to lower your monthly payment is called a Premium Tax Credit. Coloradans that qualify for financial help may also qualify for healthcare discounts, called cost-sharing reductions, that lower the amount you pay when you use your plan.

Healthcare discounts are only available on silver plans sold through Connect for Health Colorado.

Plans are insured or covered by a Medicare Advantage organization with a Medicare contract and/or a Medicare-approved Part D sponsor. Enrollment in the plan depends on the plan’s contract renewal with Medicare.

The Insurance Superstore represents Medicare Advantage HMO, PPO, PFFS, and Prescription Drug Plan organizations that have a Medicare contract and/or a Medicare-approved Part D sponsor. Enrollment depends on the plan’s contract renewal. Enrollment in a plan may be limited to certain times of the year unless you qualify for a Special Enrollment Period or you are in your Medicare Initial Enrollment Period. Not all plans offer all of these benefits. Benefits may vary by carrier and location. Limitations and exclusions may apply. Every year, Medicare evaluates plans based on a 5-star rating system.
